I am on facebook quite a bit and end up chatting with people and having good discussions online where otherwise I would just be home by myself - which is fine but also nice to have that interaction even if it is on the computer every once in a while. I have connected with so many people, some of which have added to my life and vice versa. Face to face interaction is a better way to connect , of course, but not always possible due to work/family or other obligations. If possible, I would encourage more face to face but when not possible, facebook to facebook works! Interesting.
