		<description>I think the relationship is so crucial in the effectiveness of psychotherapy. I am now monitoring my effectiveness as a therapist with Scott Miller and Barry Duncan&#039;s feedback assessment tools (ORS/SRS) and have noticed a significant increase in the retention rates of my clients. It also allows me to identify clients that are at risk of dropping out. So I think it is also worth mentioning that feedback can also increase the efficacy of therapeutic work.
