Youthing?

I just met another speaker at the Building Bridges Conference who said her specialty is Anti-Aging. (This was literally an elevator speech as we were in the elevator when I asked about her presentation.) I find this a fascinating subject.

Thing about it. Dr. Mike Brickey, author of Defy Aging, says the biggest reason some people are more youthful than others is their thinking. Adopt their mindset and you too can think, feel, look, and be more youthful. When that happens, people even treat you better.

Dr. Brickey reports that research finds only 30% of longevity is genetic, which means 70% is thinking and lifestyle. 70%! That is an amazing percentage.

I am really intrigued by this. If you are, you may be pleased to hear that Dr. Brickey will be one of our presenters at the 2009 Therapist Leadership Virtual Conference April 20-24, 2009.

Do you have questions about this? Let me know and I will forward them to him.
