More Clients For Me Training Center

Welcome to the 4-Part More Clients For Me Training Program!

Here is where you can learn how to build your therapy practice in an authentic, easy and non-salesy way!

YES! We are now offering downloadable, pdf transcripts plus 4 Continuing Education Credits for only $47.

I know I like to have written transcripts downloaded to my computer when I attend trainings. That way I can quickly do a search for the section I want – rather than watch an entire video again. So, my team and I are offering transcripts plus 4 Continuing Education credits* for a one-time investment of $47. This way you will have immediate access to the 4 filtering questions, the case studies, the script for the free consultation, and more – right at your fingertips on your computer.

Click here to learn more about the CE Credits and Transcripts!

Video 1 Notes:

In video 1, we discussed the 4 filtering questions you should ask that will help you gain clarity…

These were:
1) What does success mean to you?
2) Who are YOU?
3) Who needs to hear your message?
4) Where does your ideal client search for help for the problem they have?

Video 2 Notes:

In video 2 we discussed 12 different marketing activities including internet, community, public relations and community/list/tribe building. We had a (fictitious) case study, Kylie, who worked with couples and we made up a marketing plan for her – showing how what she was doing before did not work and how to improve it.

Video 3 Notes:

In video 3 we discuss one of my most favorite topics: The EXACT process I used to get 14 clients from one presentation – the free consultation model. (You will love this templated process.) We also discussed the “A” in C-a-r-e which stands for ACT. I shared how to move into action on your marketing activities….how to identify tasks to do today and this week and this month. Just follow it and your phone should be ringing soon!

Hi Casey

Thank you so much for the first three videos – though as I live in London, UK, I watch them as replays. Unfortunately, I can not find the fourth video to replay. When do you expect to have it on your site?

Thanks again
Veronica.

Hi Casey,
Hi it’s Karen in Gosford NSW Australia.
I am just starting out as a psychotherapist and have been doing the free /low cost counselling and have got quite a few clients now. Now I want to start to attract clients that will pay more of what I’m worth. I’ve just put an add in the local community news paper.

Hello Casey

I have jus caught up with your first video. It was a relief to get an answer to my unease regarding the usual marketing/website jargon, taglines and hype. I kept telling myself that this is not me. This is not who I am or what I am about but…. if not, what do I do instead? What do I write instead to attract more clients? You are speaking from a place I can RESONATE with and you are giving answers. Indeed, you are giving permission to be different! Thank you so very much.

I have not added my website as really, it is too embarrassing when I consider how I have pummelled and prodded and forced the language into a shape that appears to be the way to go in today’s marketing world. Iam going to be spending the next days giving free reign to how I really feel about my work and THEN giving it some shape.
Regards
Elke

HI Casey: This is the second time I have tried to post this! Hope it goes through this time. This is a great class. I love the simplicity of your process. will you be having a Q and A session? I have a specific question about two related but somewhat separate ideal client groups, who are different enough that I have two separate websites, etc. The service I provide is the same, the one group is at a more elementary level, and some of my other material/message could upset/turn them off, so I have a separate site/phone/etc for them. I want to know your thoughts as to how to proceed with marketing to them both, they hang out at different places, and don’t use the same languaging, etc. so I need two different marketing messages and some different marketing activities to reach them both.

thanks.

Hi Debra!

Thanks for your question about your two markets. Yowser – not an easy question to answer.

My question back (not for you to respond to me but for you to consider) is how will you know who to send to which site (when you first meet people.)
My second question is what if they find out about each other? The internet is too small and I want you to expect that each group could find out about the other.

My advice? See if there is a way you can do a cross-over. For example, let’s say there a marriage counselor who is also a divorce coach – those could look pretty conflicting to potential clients. I would recommend that the marriage counselor put a video on both sites that says “I really believe in marriage and it is my hope to help people stay married. Sometimes that isn’t possible and I want to be there for you in case that is the case” (not exactly but you get my drift.)

Good luck and thanks for joining u sin More Clients for ME!

Thank you for this marketing gift and your upbeat words of wisdom. You have helped motivate me to try some easier ways to educate my referral contacts and future clients for my private practice. Since my work and teaching schedule conflicts with the live stream, I appreciate the pdf notes and replay so that I can follow along. I’m looking forward to Part 3!

Hi Casey,

Thank you so much!! It is very helpful having a framework for building a private practice. I really really liked your case study example of Kylie as that helped to make the process more concrete for me.
Thank you for your generosity with your experience and knowledge!
Can’t wait for session 3!

Hi Vivian, We checked the links and didn’t find any issues. The audio files are large files, so depending on your internet connection, you may just need to wait for a few minutes for the page and audio to load.

Thanks, Casey & the Team

The program is inspirational. As a chairman of new Department of Educational and Counselling Psychology, I am eager to setup a link program with international bodies for collaboration to maintain standard practice. Any help in this regard will be appreciated. Since it is midnight in our country, it is helpful to have replay opportunities and transcripts. Thanks for your effort.
